Easy to Make Maidens & Cocktails: A Mixing, Swingers Bar Guide: Magazine-sized pamphlet professing to be “not only a guide to better mixing and drinking, but a drinker’s guide to girls.” 45 pages. Published in 1965 by Enrol Publishing Company. No author listed. Outrageous drawings of women in bars all have the inital “LP.” Four politically incorrect cartoons by “Peterson” as the centerfold. Many cocktail recipes plus one page with several recipes for hors d’oeuvres and canapes. Booklet is in excellent vintage condition. Cover has minor stains. Some uniform tanning of the pages. Pages are all clean and clear. No bends, tears, writing.
Don’t forget to click on “Recipes” at the top of the VintageCookbook.com homepage. You’ll find one great recipe from many of the great antique and vintage cookbooks, AND from the great vintage cocktail books or mixing guides, not to mention from the great vintage aphrodisiac cookbooks. See the Recipes section for Easy to Make Maidens’ recipe for “Uncle John’s Corpse Reviver.”
