Compiled and written by Marilyn Romweber, author of Under the Mushroom. Organized by the times restaurants were open and the type of food they provided, that is, a brunch restaurant, a dinner restaurant, etc. The unusual–and really fun–difference in this restaurant review book is that Romweber labels restaurants by the mood each provides; for example: rowdy, casual, vibrant, exotic, mellow, sophisticated, sensual, nostalgic, romantic, or elegant.
The book is in excellent vintage condition. The cover has quite a bit of shelf wear, with the lower right corner torn off. The binding is extremely tight (the reason why I’m not trying to take an interior image.) The pages are all completely clean and clear. Quite rare.
