Salute Forty-Eight Country’s Best Chefs:  A Salute to Forty-Eight of Our Country’s Best Chefs:  Program and recipes from a fund-raising brunch on April 23, 1995, the Chicago Meals on Wheels Celebrity Chef Brunch Day held at Hotel Inter-Continental Chicago with Chef Helmut Sussenbach, 505 North Michigan Avenue.  Chef Paul Bocuse was the honored guest chef.  The booklet includes recipes from 48 other celebrity chefs from restaurants in and around Chicago, the United States, and Europe.  The booklet opens with a welcome from Mayor Richard M. Daly.  It is in near-mint condition.
