Cooking in Minnesota: Kitchens of Twin City Economists in Homemaking, 1976:  The introduction says “Sharing treasured recipes with friends is a long-standing tradition.  Cooking in Minnesota is a collection of more than 400 favorites from the nearly 250 Twin City Home Economists in Homemaking. . . .  Many of the recipes are ethnic or heritage foods prepared by the immigrants that made Minnesota their home.  . . .  Other recipes feature traditional use of foods produced in Minnesota, such as wild rice, apples, honey, beef, potatoes , pork, turkey, and dairy products.”

Printed by Meyers Printing Company, Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1976.  This copy is from the 1978 third printing.  Paper cover with metal comb binding.  190 pages.  Cover shows lots of shelf wear, with minor stains and wear at the spine.  Pages are all completely clean and clear.  Binding is sound.  Copies of this cookbook are increasingly difficult to find.
