Edited by Ruth Berolzheimer. Published by Culinary Arts Institute, Chicago, and distributed by Grosset & Dunlap, New York. This is a huge–even though it is relatively compact–cookbook of 974 pages, plus a 66 page index. Hard cover, with green boards and thumb indexed pages. The thumb indexed pages are luxurious feature no books except the Bible even anymore. Near mint condition. The cover has some very minor shelf wear, but the pages and binding are mint. This cookbook was never really used.
