These ladies took their leftovers seriously. This is one of the few cookbooks we’ve had that doesn’t print more recipes for sweet things than anything else. There are more than 100 pages of recipes for leftover meats and about 50 pages of vegetable recipes. There are lots of sauces, soup recipes, but only two pages for cheese. This is a great cookbook for just reading.
