Written by Helen Carroll Clarke and Phoebe Deyo Rulon and published by Harper & Brothers, New York & London. Small book with boards covered in pale green linen. 254 pages, with four blank pages at the end of every chapter for “My Own Receipts.” Charming, practical little cookbook. Chapter headings include “What to do with Bits of Cheese” and “Dainty Dishes from Little Bits.”

This copy of Cook Book of Left-Overs is in excellent antique condition. Green linen on the cover is faded and has some minor spots. Hinges are in excellent condition. Binding is firm. Pages are all completely clean and clear.
