Columbia Club Men’s Cookbook, No Date, Indianapolis, Indiana: This is an easel-style cookbook done by the members of the Columbia Club on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis. It has a very sturdy covered cardboard frame that folds flat or forms the easel. There’s a heavy duty metal spiral binding that’s in perfect condition. 117 pages, with each page clean and clear. The cookbook has recipes for appetizers, salads, soups, entrees, and desserts. All of the recipes seem to be relatively simple to prepare. (This cookbook is about 5″ high by 4″ wide.) First edition, first printing.
