Published by the Foundation. 66 pages. Cover has very minor shelf wear. Plastic comb binding has a couple of missing links. Nearly mint condition.
Midge Hill must have known everyone who was anyone in the United States. Recipes include seven first ladies and presidents, people from Gene Autry to Lilly Dache to Yogi Berra, members of European royalty including Her Serene Highness Princess Grace of Monaco and the Duchess of Windsor, and many more.
