Boston Cooking School Cook Book, 1941. This cookbook was written by Fannie Merritt Farmer and originally published in 1896. This edition was revised by Wilma Lord Perkins and published in 1941 by Little, Brown and Company, Boston. This copy was printed in 1942. Hard cover, 830 pages of recipes, plus 32 pages of national advertising. Excellent traditional cookbook in just good antique condition. The cover has shelf wear, but the problem is the binding. The hinges are both reinforced with clear librarian’s tape, and several sections are trying to separate from the book. However, all the pages are clean and clear, and the recipes are all here.
