This is the fifth edition of this cookbook, printed and published by the Automatic Printing Co., Omaha, Nebraska. The publication date is 1949. Hard cover copy with 290 pages, plus index. Great recipes, with both their English and Czech titles. Here are recipes you will find nowhere else like Soup with Calf’s Brain Quenelles and Roast Pickled Fillet of Veal. The cover of this cookbook has a great deal of shelf wear, and we have mended it with clear librarian’s tape. The pages are completely clean and clear. The binding is firm.
