Recipes include cocktails and fruit cups, soups, salads and dressings, poultry and game, fish, meats, eggs and cheese, vegetables, bread and rolls, sandwiches and canapes, pies and puddings, frozen desserts, cakes and cookies, candies, jams and jellies, conserves and relishes. Every recipe has the contributor’s name, so I bet if you know San Francisco and Berkeley history, you would find many names you know.
This is a rare cookbook. The date wasn’t published, but we found it in the OCLC. Excellent vintage condition. Cover has shelf wear, especially at the edges. It has been folded on the bottom corner. Pages are all clean and clear. Binding is solid.
