Anderson House Cookbook, As-If-New Condition, First Edition, First Printing, 1986: Cookbook written by third and fourth generation members of the Anderson House family in Wabasha, Minnesota. On publication, the Anderson House was the oldest continuously operated hotel in Minnesota, first opened in 1896. Famous for its breads and desserts, the Anderson House has a tradition of homemade quality that brought thousands of visitors to the inn overlooking the Mississippi River.

Written by Jeanne and John Hall. Hard cover book with dust jacket, both in mint, as-if-new condition. Published by Pelican Publishing Company, Gretna, Louisiana in 1986. 389 pages. Jeanne Hall served as dietician for the Green Bay Packers and managed Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Guest House before she returned to Anderson House.
