Taken from the Delineator Cook Book by the Culinary Arts Institute. Beautifully and elaborately embossed cover. Published for Culinary Arts Institute by Consolidated Book Publishers, Inc., Chicago, in 1938. Excellent vintage condition. Cover has lots of shelf wear.  Pages are completely clean and clear.  Hinges are perfect.  Binding is firm.  Definitely gift quality!
