American Woman’s Cook Book, 1947: A nearly mint condition copy of the 1940 edition of the American Woman’s Cook Book, edited by Ruth Berolzheimer.  First pulished in 1938.  928 pages, thumb indexed.  Taken from the Delineator Cook Book by the Culinary Arts Institute.  Published for Culinary Arts Institute by Consolidated Book Publishers, Inc., Chicago, in 1947.  Cover has quite a bit of shelf wear.  Binding is perfect.  All  pages are clean and clear.
