Yes, we have the cookbook.  See it here: https://vintagecookbook.com/product/mrs-lincolns-boston-cook-book-1883-1893/

Mrs. Lincoln’s Boston Cook Book, 1883, 1888: First edition, 1888 printing of one of the most famous cookbooks of the United States, Mrs. Lincoln’s Boston Cook Book, copyrighted in 1883 by Mrs. D. A. Lincoln and first published in 1884 by Roberts Brothers, Boston. Probably the most famous American cookbook. This classic cookbook has a terrific subtitle: “What To Do and What Not To Do in Cooking.” This is the 1888 printing of that edition, with the marbled brown and tan–boards and dark brown linen spine cover and corner covers. 536 pages including index, 8 pages of illustrated advertisements, AND 22 blank pages for additional recipes.

This cookbook is in excellent antique condition. Boards and spine cover have a modest amount of shelf wear, especially worn at the edges. Hinges are are moderately exposed, but holding well. Binding is tight. All pages are clear and clean, except for a few pages–in the cake section, of course–that have light spots. (A copy of Mrs. Lincoln’s Boston Cook Book, first edition, first printing, in excellent condition would be priced at well over $1,000.)
