Sure!  We have the cookbook.  See it here:  https://vintagecookbook.com/product/bagels-blintzes-and-borscht-1975-a-loving-cookbook-compiled-by-members-of-the-northshore-hadassah-first-edition-first-printing/

Bagels, Blintzes and Borscht, 1975, A Loving Cookbook Compiled by Members of The Northshore Hadassah. First Edition, First Printing.  A difficult-to-find cookbook by, I think, the Hadassah members living along the Northshore of Lake Michigan , north of Chicago.  The cookbook was intended to support the Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center, Ein, Jerusalem.  It was printed by Bev-Ron Publishing Company, Kansas City, Kansas.  304 pages, plus some advertising.  Recipes include appetizers and beverages, salads and soups, main dishes, pastas and vegetables, breads and rolls, desserts.  There’s a 19-page index.  The cover of the cookbook has quite a bit of shelf wear.  The plastic ring binder is in perfect shape.  Nearly every page is clean and clear.

Here’s the reason I love this cookbook and others like it:  This cookbook has 24 recipes for noodle kugel and noodle pudding.  Everything from “Grandmother’s Noodle Pudding” to “Lick Your Fingers Kugel.”  These Northshore ladies included every noodle kugel recipe submitted.  There’s bound to be one that’s right for you and your family.
