St. Paul’s Cook Book, St. Paul’s Evangelical Church, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, 1929: The ladies who sold the advertising for this cookbook certainly did a great job. More full page ads than I’ve ever seen in a cookbook! Students of Oshkosh history should be interested in this book, which seems to be quite rare. I can’t find another copy on the Internet. This is a comprehensive cookbook with recipes for soups, fish and oysters, meats, vegetables, salads, salad dressings, breads, coffee cake, rolls, omelets, dumplings, pancakes and waffles, pies, desserts, iced desserts, cakes, frostings, torten, cookies, doughnuts, beverages, toast and sandwiches, candies, conserves and marmalades, and relishes.

Hard cover book with paper dust jacket. 242 pages. Dust jacket has lots of minor shelf wear. Book is in nearly mint condition. I assume the cover is in great shape; the dust jacket flaps have been glued on,, protecting the book cover. Binding is tight. Pages are clean and clear.
