Yes, we have the cookbook.  See it here:  https://vintagecookbook.com/product/hundred-recipes-from-the-old-south-1938-bessie-randall-murphy-national-association-of-margarine-manufacturers/

Hundred Recipes from the Old South, 1938, Bessie Randall Murphy, National Association of Margarine Manufacturers:  Recipes selected and compiled for the housewives of America by Bessie Randall Murphy, Southern Food Expert.  Published by National Association of Margarine Manufacturers, Columbus, Ohio and Washington, D.C.  Paper cover.  Booklet of 96 pages in excellent vintage condition.  There’s a spot on the cover.  Pages are clear and clean.  Binding is firm.  Title on the cover is 100 Southern Recipes.

This little cookbook has many recipes that I haven’t seen in other southern Cookbooks, recipes like Mary Washington’s (George Washington’s mother’s) Lafayette Gingerbread.  Interesting menus include Mrs. Jacob Thompson’s Christmas Dinner at Oak Hill Plantation, Woodson Ridge, Near Oxford, Miss., A Virginia Dinner in the Years Before the War–1860, and a Christmas Dinner in Mobile Before the War.  It also provides interesting background information about oleomargarine/margarine’s legal position in the United States during the 1930s.

This is a difficult-to-find booklet.  No other copy is available on the Internet.
