Eydie Mae’s Natural Recipes for the Live Foods Gourmet, 1978, First Edition, First Printing: Raw foods cookbook by Eydie Mae Hunsberger and Chris Loeffler. Hunsberger was a lecturer on the virtues of raw food after surviving breast cancer without surgery. Her diet uses a juice she calls Rejuvelac made by soaking soft spring wheat berries in water.
