Yes, we have the cookbook. See it here:

What One Can Do with a Chafing Dish, 1889, 1890, by H. L. S. {Henrietta L. Sawtella): This is a very “antique-y” looking cookbook written by Henrietta Sawtella and published by John Ireland, New York, in 1891, for the manufacturer Agate Chafing-Dish. Hard cover book with blue linen covering the spine and the illustration on paper pasted onto the boards. 78 pages, all of them clean and clear. Cover has lots of general shelf wear. Hinges are in fine shape. Binding is firm. The book is beautifully arranged, with one recipe per page and the back side of each recipes left blank. Each recipe is for a sophisticated dish that can easily be made in a chafing dish, the latest kitchen appliance in the 1890s. The recipes range from Bubble and Squeak to Wheatena.
