Heavy cardboard cover and 32 pages. Recipes from a tearoom started in Nashville by two home economics teachers, operating for well over 50 year. Recipes for appetizers, entrees, vegetables, salads, breads, desserts, souffles, and beverages. Many of these dishes are quite novel, recipes like chicken liver turnovers, fresh grape pie, hot chicken salad, Riz biscuits, and shrimp fondue. The cover of this book has just a bit of shelf wear. The pages are completely clear and clean. Stapled binding is in mint condition.

Like many self-published cookbooks, this cookbook is quite difficult to find. Rare.
