Published by Robert L. Crager and Company, New Orleans. Hard cover with dust jacket. 235 pages, including recipes for the house specialties and beverages. Also includes the restaurant’s history and photographs of its gracious interior. I’m going to commit the recipe for their Hollandaise sauce to memory! We may serve the Duck Cherry at my daughter’s wedding! The dust jacket is nearly perfect. The book is in like-new condition. New revised edition, published in 1964.
