Wilson’s Meat Cookery, 1920, Eleanor Lee Wright, First Edition, First Printing: First edition, first printing copy of a thick booklet that was later published in hard cover. Written by Eleanor Lee Wright, director, Domestic Science Department, Wilson & Co. Published by Wilson & Co., Packers and Provisioners, Chicago. 40 pages of recipes plus index and several pages of Wilson’s advertisements, including many full-color lithographs. Excellent antique condition. Cover has a small stain and a fold on one corner. Corner corners are rounded and the back lower edge is worn. Pages have some rounded corners. Pages are completely clear and clean. Stapled binding is perfect.
