Yes, we have the cookbook.  See it here:  https://vintagecookbook.com/product/sunday-night-suppers-1907-christine-terhune-herrick/

Sunday Night Suppers, 1907, Christine Terhune Herrick:  Famous antique cookbook in excellent antique condition.   First edition, first printing of Christine Terhune Herrick’s classic.  Published by Dana Estes & Company, Boston, in 1907.  Hard back boards covered with highly textured fabric, with a lovely line drawing illustration inset into the front cover, highlighted with a burnt orange frame.  127 pages, each with an attractive frame.  Every single page is clean and clear.  The cover of the book is in excellent antique condition, with a light stain on the cover’s illustration, but no other damage.  Hinges have been reinforced with clear librarian’s tape.  Binding is firm.   Again, every page is clean and clear.

Herrick writes in the first person, and her chapters all begin with a short–or longer–essay about the necessity for the Sunday night supper to be a substantial meal, even if the housekeeper and the cook have the day off.  Although that circumstance (being without a housekeeper and cook for the day) doesn’t pertain to most of us, the recipes for casual yet nourishing dishes are still very useful.  Mushrooms and Bacon or Frozen Peaches and Ice Cream would appeal to my family any night.
