No publisher or printer mentioned. 70 pages plus index and blank pages for recipes. Tab dividers for the chapters. Cover shows some minor shelf wear. Pages and tabs are absolutely spotless. This cookbook was never used.
This cookbook has chapters on appetizers, salads, main dishes, bread, and desserts. Original names and translations included for all dishes. Very scarce cookbook. I could not find another copy on the web.
